Returns & Exchange

No Customized Product (s) can be exchanged or refunded in any order.

Only regular items or known school Product (s) can be exchanged or refund due to these circumstances:

The product should be unused and should be in the same polythene bag it was handed over to you in. This condition above does not apply if the product has any sort of manufacturing defect.However, a misused product from the consumer’s end will not be entertained under returns & exchange policy.

Refund from Shopkeeper:

Customized Uniform or product (s) will not be returned or exchange in any order. Once the sample is approved then the rest of product (s) will not be exchanged with any plain/regular Uniform

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before it’s processed. Our efficient Customer Care Associate will call you before cutting or manufacturing. You may tell them to cancel or revise your order if you wish. Once the product has been started, cancellation and revision will not be possible.
